For Rural or Township areas, request permission in writing from tribal councilor, headman or local authority to use the land for building a liquor store, before you build.

Premises still being built will qualify by completing the license application appropriately. The owner must have written permission to operate from the premises. A Lease Agreement if you are renting from another owner, or a title deed if you own the land or building.

You can draw a rough sketch with measurements, and we will compile a proposed layout floorplan. The layout floorplan is required for the liquor license application.

You will require a floorplan indicating the size of each room, location of the entrances, secure storage, toilet facilities, customer’s areas & the point-of-sale location must be indicated.

You can build according to floorplan, and we can proceed with shop fitting when construction is complete. The building can be between +/-120m2 and +/-200m2 ANYWHERE IN SOUTH-AFRICA. (Additional Space can be used for Storage.)

You will be required to complete our Franchise Agreement. A commitment deposit of R 100 000, 00 (Excl. Vat) is payable on signature of agreement.
